Our Front of House (FOH) crew is essential to making every guest feel like family from the first “hello” to the final slurp. Positions Open (Join the Pho-tastic Front Line!):

Host – “The Pho-st Impression Maker”

• Greet guests with warmth and a smile (because first impressions are everything).
• Manage waitlists and seating with grace, even when it’s a full house.
• Answer phones and assist with to-go orders like a pro.
• Keep the entrance area neat, welcoming, and running smoothly.

Drinks Specialist – “Master of Boba & Brews”

• Prepare refreshing boba drinks, teas, and other beverages with flair.
• Keep the drink station stocked, tidy, and ready to pour.
• Memorize recipes and deliver drink orders quickly and accurately.
• Work your magic during service with efficiency and a smile!

Expo – “The Order Orchestrator”

• Make sure every dish is plated perfectly and sent out correctly.
• Communicate with kitchen and FOH staff to keep service flowing.
• Double-check orders to ensure accuracy and presentation standards.
• Manage the line calmly, even during those wild dinner rushes.

Runner – “Pho-d on the Go”

• Deliver food and drinks to guests swiftly and efficiently.
• Keep guests happy with friendly interactions and quick service.
• Assist with clearing and resetting tables between guests.
• Be ready to help out wherever needed – you’re the ultimate team player!

What We’re Looking For:

• No experience? No pho-blem – we’ll train the right people!
• A friendly, upbeat attitude that makes guests feel welcome.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills (because teamwork makes the dream work).
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
