Positions Open (We need the whole broth squad!):

Dishwasher – “The Unsung Hero of the Pho Game”

• Keep those bowls and utensils squeaky clean and ready for action.
• Maintain a tidy dish station (messy is for noodles, not kitchens).
• Pitch in with light prep duties when needed.
• Be a waste warrior by managing recycling and trash like a boss.

Prep Cook – “Pho-cus on the Details”

• Chop, slice, and dice ingredients with precision and love.
• Help marinate proteins and portion out ingredients, setting the stage for delicious bowls of joy.
• Work closely with the team to keep the prep area clean and stocked.
• Ready to help when the heat picks up on the line? Perfect!

Line Cook – “Master of the Pho Line”

• Cook menu items to order with style and precision (because presentation matters).
• Keep the flavors pho-nomenal and quality top-tier.
• Team up with fellow kitchen warriors to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and follow all health and safety standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• No experience? No problem for Dishwasher and Prep Cook roles! We’ll teach you the ways of the pho.
• Line Cook experience is a plus, but you’ll fit right in if you’re passionate and quick to learn.
• Ability to handle the heat and keep the cool in a fast-paced kitchen.
• A team player with good communication skills (because great food needs great teamwork!).
• Flexible availability, especially for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
